Returns & Refunds

  • Refund or replacement requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

  • Opened, used, or damaged products are not eligible for refunds due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Product images

  • Package images

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
